Joyce Franklin was recently feted on her 84th birthday by friends and fellow Women of Wonder (WOW) at the Perry Perk coffeehouse in downtown Perry.
Celebrants included Shirley Ehlers, Donna Emmert, Cathy Fox, Lois Hoger, Elsie Mace, Valerie McColl, Connie McGuire and Karol Mueller.
