Jesus O. Ramos Berrelleza, 31, of Creston, was taken into custody 7:11 p.m. June 6, at his residence on a Union County warrant for the charge of unauthorized use of a credit card.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 8:02 p.m. and 8:12 p.m. June 3, Ramos Berrelleza used a credit card, which was not his, without permission to make two purchases at Walmart, totaling $42.12. Ramos Berrelleza told officers he found the card at the store.
Ramos Berrelleza was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting 10% cash of a $2,000 bond.
