SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) –Voters hit the polls on Tuesday to decide which Republican candidate will move on to represent Woodbury County Auditor in the upcoming General Election.

According to unofficial election results, Michelle Skaff will be moving on to face off against the current Auditor Pat Gill in November. Skaff came out of the primary election against Keith Radig on top with 2,543 votes.

Both Skaff and Gill work in the same office at least until November.

“We’ve been in the same race since January when we both announced that we were running in this race. So, yes, we’re going to have ups and downs in our office, but we are professional officials so we will get through it,” said Skaff.
