SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — Walmart and Sam’s Club are launching a campaign to benefit the Siouxland community through UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s.
According to a release, from June 10 to July 14, 10 Siouxland locations will be raising money with the “Spark Good. Change Kids’ Health” campaign benefiting UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s.
The release states that Walmart and Sam’s Club associates, customers, and team members in Sioux City, Le Mars, South Sioux City, Storm Lake, Sioux Center, Spencer, Spirit Lake, and Norfolk will be participating by accepting donations at the register and online.
Donations can be made in three ways:
- Visit a participating location and the cashier will ask if you’d like to donate.
- Visit this website to make a secure donation.
- Donate through the Walmart app.

The release noted that Walmart and Sam’s Club have partnered with Children’s Miracle Network hospitals to raise more than $1 billion to support children’s healthcare since 1987. The Siouxland region helped raise more than $67,000 in 2023, and they are aiming to make a bigger impact this year.
