SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — A favorite spot for Siouxlanders has reopened its doors.
Though it closed in October 2017 after 36 years of business, there were many customers waiting in line to get back into the Little Chicago Deli in Sioux City for lunch Friday. Over 150 sub orders were taken on their first day back in business.
One returning customer said that the sandwiches’ taste keeps them returning to the deli.
“The way the sandwiches tasted, and the service, they made everyone feel at home here,” Mark baker said. “So it’s a hometown favorite, I think, for me.”
The Little Chicago’s Deli’s new location is at 413 Nebraska Street. Though in-store seating is not yet available, you can still order online.
