REDFIELD, Iowa — Multiple firefighting agencies are battling a structure fire here Monday afternoon at the former site of the Dexfield Diner.
The blaze at 904 First St. in Redfield was reported about 12:30 p.m.
The Redfield Volunteer Fire Department is fighting the fire at this hour, with mutual aid from the fire departments in Adel, Dexter, Earlham and Stuart.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this hour. The Iowa Fire Marshal’s office has been paged.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s office and Dallas County EMS also responded.
