DES MOINES, Iowa — Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird sued TikTok on behalf of the state earlier this month.
AG Bird said that TikTok advertises the app for 12 year-olds and up. But she said this age restriction is not accurate and misleads parents based off of information her office has received from concerned Iowa families.
