Dianne Trenkle, 75, of Creston, died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024, at Greater Regional Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m., Jan. 30 at Pearson Family Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Pastor Rick Titus officiating. Dianne will be laid to rest in Graceland Cemetery. Family will receive friends 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., prior to the service.

Dianne Elaine Trenkle was born July 8, 1948, and raised in Creston. She was one of 11 children born to John and Virginia (Welcher) Williamson. Dianne’s home was the family hub for many years, where everyone got together especially to swim. You could always find Dianne dancing and singing to country music. Her family was her entire life.

Dianne was employed at Berning Motor Inn as a housekeeper for several years and then finished her working years at the Trolli Factory. In her later years, she spent her retirement taking care of her grandkids and making reborn baby dolls.

Dianne is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Doug Williamson, Rodney Williamson and Johnny Williamson; three grandchildren: Seth and Maggie Williamson and Kooper Lohoff; one great-granddaughter, Abigail Pellman and niece and nephew, Chelle and Rocky Casteel.

During her lifetime, Dianne was married twice and had five children. She is survived by all five of her kids: Bruce (Josie) Williamson, Bryan (Susan) Pellman, Bre (Rolando) Ochoa, Chuck (Lora) Pellman and Amy (Jason) Lohoff; 32 grandkids and numerous great-grandkids. Dianne’s siblings who remain to cherish her memory are Sharon (Clarence) Keller, Sandee Casteel, Joyce Williamson, Gloria Williamson, Peggy (Joe) Wilson, Penny Williamson and Donnie (Teresa) Williamson. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
