Missing Iowa man hasn't been seen in weeks, police sayOTTUMWA, Iowa (WHO)– Police in Ottumwa are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who hasn’t been seen in more than two weeks.
The Ottumwa Police Department said Craig Dee Smith was reported missing on Saturday night by his roommate, who told police he hadn’t had any contact with Smith in two weeks.
Smith is 6’ and weighs about 240 pounds. Police said when he left his residence he was wearing jeans, a hooded sweatshirt, and a black coat. The OPD said it was reported that Smith may have been heading to Keokuk County to see a friend.
