February 24, 2022
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 1200 block of 18th Street. The incident is under investigation.
- Officers received a report of disturbance in the 500 block of Clearview Drive. The dispute was verbal only, and the situation calmed down.
February 25, 2022
- Aristeo Diaz, 29, of 1209 18th Street, Perry, was issued a citation for fourth-offense dog at large.
- Todd Allen Little, 27, of 1423 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
February 26, 2022
- A 2018 Chevy Equinox SUV, registered to and driven by Sarah Jo Ellen Gelbowitz of 303 Sugar Creek Circle, Perry, collided with a 1995 Ford F250 pickup, registered to and driven by Susan Anne Walters of 1368 328th Trail, Lorimor. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000. Gelbowitz was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance. Walters was issued a citation for failure to provide financial responsibility-accident related.
- A 2011 International, registered to Dharmpalsinh Devda of 1700 W. 19th St., Newton, and driven by Jeffrey John Lennon of 1222 Fifth Ave. N., Fort Dodge, was making a delivery and backed into the U.S. Post Office building at 1420 Second St., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
- Felix Reyes, 22, of 615 10th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
February 27, 2022
- Officers received a report of a theft in the 1300 block of First Avenue. The case is under investigation.
February 28, 2022
- Franciso Baltazar Cruz, 31, of Bondurant was arrested of a charge of first-offense OWI.
